Artwork Ownership & Rights

As the artist and creator of the artwork, whether sold as an original, reproduction or commissioned piece, I Kristy-Lea retain all rights to the artwork.    

No purchaser will retain the rights to any piece unless they have purchased the full or partial rights (contact me for details).    

This means unless a collector has purchased the full or partial rights to any artwork I have created I will retain the following rights.  

-I retain the right to make reproductions
-I retain the right to all profits from my images
-I retain the right to sell similar artwork
-I retain all copyright and ownership

The collector or purchaser may not reproduce the artwork in ANY way without written permission.    

If artwork I have created ends up being reproduced in print forms such as a magazine or other media. I ask that payment and credit be given to me, as the artist.    

When you purchase an original painting, print or commissioned piece, you, the collector or purchaser, have the right to display the artwork in your home or business however the artwork may NOT be resold or reproduced without my written permission.    

You are agreeing to these terms of ownership and rights when you purchase an original, reproduction or commissioned piece. This page will have the updated ownership and rights information updated as required.
